Job Description Review various records to include legal documents, medical records, billing or insurance records, etc. to identify different potential entities (medical providers, insurance companies, etc.). High proficiency with multiple computer systems/software programs/proprietary systems. Clerical, data entry, or document review experience is preferred (this is not a strictly DE role – you need to have the critical thinking skills in order to review a document and find pertinent information then input it all into our system. -Accurate data entry skills -High accuracy/attention to detail -Prior medical office experience is VERY helpful and preferred – to be able to recognize providers. -Research and investigative skills/experience -HS Diploma required -Some college preferred
